  • 400 g of white sesame seeds
  • 200 ml of mirin
  • 200 ml of salty soy sauce
  • 100 g of caster sugar
  • 80 ml of water
  • 40 ml of vegetable oil
  • 30 ml of vinegar

Put all ingredients in a container.

Step 2

Use a blender to blend into a smooth, creamy sauce.
