  • 2 Gua Bao buns
  • 1 JAPCOOK Ookii Tori
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 5 g of Tonkatsu sauce
  • 10 g of peanuts

Step 1

Cut the piece of Ookii Tori into slices of 0,5 to 1cm (it is best to slice it at temperature of between -2 and 0°C in order to keep some of the skin on the meat).

Step 2

Wash and slice the carrot. Finely chop the coriander. Crush the peanuts.

Step 3

Prepare the Gua Bao by adding the tonkatsu sauce, slices Ookii tori, sliced carrot, coriander and peanuts.
