  • 200 g of Japonica rice
  • 7 slices JAPCOOK Ookii tori (70 g)
  • Mixed Japanese vegetables
  • 350 g of red, green and yellow peppers
  • 170 g of onions
  • 160 g of carrots
  • 160 g of Shiitake mushrooms
  • 160 cl of Teriyaki sauce

Step 1 : Mixed Japanese vegetables

Wash and slice the peppers and carrots into strips. Peel and thinly slice the onions. Brush and slice the Shiitake mushrooms. Place the peppers, carrots, shiitake mushrooms and onions in a hot pan with a little fat. Add the Teriyaki sauce and cook on low heat for 7 to 10 min, stirring continuously.

Step 2 :

Cut the pieces of Ookii Tori into slices of 0,5 to 1 cm (it is best to slice it a temperature of between -2 and 0°C in order to keep some of the skin on the meat). Place all of the rice in a bowl and arrange the Ookii Tori and vegetables accordingly. Warm the assembled dish in the microwave for a few minutes before serving.
