- 400 g of white sesame seeds
- 200 ml of mirin
- 200 ml of salty soy sauce
- 100 g of caster sugar
- 80 ml of water
- 40 ml of vegetable oil
- 30 ml of vinegar
Step 1
Put all ingredients in a container.
Step 2
Use a blender to blend into a smooth, creamy sauce.
