Chicken meat 55%, wheat flour, sunflower oil, water, salt, yeast, sugar, wheat gluten, egg albumin, texturising agent: processed
wheat starch E1404

PREPARATION

Deep fryer
Heat the oil to 180°C and fry the torikatsu for 3 mins.
Oven
Pre-heat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Place the frozen torikatsu on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Heat in the middle of the oven for 20 mins, turning halfway through so that they are grilled on both sides.
